How much does Simply Hosted charge?
Our co-hosting fee is a straightforward 20% of your monthly rental revenue. No setup fees, no hidden charges. You pay nothing until you earn.
Can I still use my property personally?
Absolutely. Block off any dates you want directly through Airbnb or give us advance notice. Your personal use is always prioritized.
What if something breaks or needs repair?
For small repairs under a pre-agreed threshold, we handle it and deduct from your payout with full documentation. For larger work, we contact you first. Always transparent.
How long does onboarding take?
Most properties are listed and accepting bookings within 7 to 10 days of onboarding. We move quickly once you're ready.
Is my Kelowna property right for short-term rental?

What services does Simply Hosted include?
